Capp

Project year: 2004 | Location: San Francisco, California

Rossington Architecture was hired for design and permit services only (construction architect the responsibility of others) for this new building which consists of four, three-bedroom, three-bath townhouses in a residential Mission neighborhood.

About The Project

While the exterior follows a typical San Francisco contextualism of bay windows, wood siding and double-hung wood windows, the interior is a departure from its Victorian cousins with large, light-filled rooms and open floor plan with double height spaces. Each unit enjoys light from three sides, with living rooms and master bedrooms facing west, taking advantage of the western sun and placing them far away from busy Capp Street.
