The Douglass Street project is a renovation/addition that doubled the square footage of a single family house in Noe Valley. An enlarged gourmet kitchen, new family room and master suite have been added. The addition is a modern interpretation of the arts and crafts style of the original house.

The house has won a number of awards this year, including: Gold Nugget Grand Award; Remodeling Magazine Grand Award and a Builder's Choice Award. The project is also scheduled to be published in Options for Today's Fine Homes magazine as well as a coffee table book on the new shingle style, due out in the spring of 2007.
