A small, compartmentalized 1960’s builder house was enlarged by a mere eight feet to spur this major transformation. The living room was opened up to the kitchen and the rear yard by removing walls and tilting the ceiling up, flooding the space with light and creating a chimney effect, venting the entire house. Generous rift oak cabinetry throughout brings the house into a cohesive whole.
